医院-家庭联合护理模式对糖尿病并高血压患者血糖与血压的控制效果分析

Analysis on the Control Effect of Hospital Family Combined Nursing Mode on Blood Glucose and Blood Pressure in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension

目的探讨医院-家庭联合护理模式对糖尿病并高血压患者血糖与血压的控制效果。方法将2021年9月至2022年9月我院收治的116例糖尿病并高血压患者随机分为两组各58例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用医院-家庭联合护理模式。比较两组的血糖、血压及护理满意度。结果护理后,两组的FBG、2hPBG、SBP、DBP水平均低于护理前,且观察组的FBG、2hPBG、SBP、DBP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院-家庭联合护理模式可更好地控制糖尿病并高血压患者的血糖和血压水平,促进预后康复,提升护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the control effect of hospital family combined nursing mode on blood glucose and blood pressure in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension.Methods 116 patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the observation group was given hospital family combined nursing mode.The blood glucose,blood pressure and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the FBG,2hPBG,SBP and DBP levels of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the FBG,2hPBG,SBP and DBP levels of observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hospital family combined nursing mode can better control the blood glucose and blood pressure in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension,promote the prognosis and recovery,and improve the nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
