基于互联网平台的健康教育在接受糖皮质激素雾化吸入哮喘患儿中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨基于互联网平台的健康教育在接受糖皮质激素雾化吸入哮喘患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月于我院接受糖皮质激素雾化吸入的80例哮喘患儿,按照抽签法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于互联网平台的健康教育。比较两组的用药依从性、家庭疾病管理能力及临床症状。结果干预1个月、3个月、6个月,观察组用药依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组FMM各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3个月、6个月后,观察组临床症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网平台的健康教育可提高接受糖皮质激素雾化吸入哮喘患儿的用药依从性,改善其临床症状,增强家属的家庭疾病管理能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on internet flatform in asthma children with aerosol inhalation of glucocorticoid.Methods 80 asthma children with aerosol inhalation of glucocorticoid in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the drawing lots.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received health education based on internet platform.The drug compliance,family disease management ability and clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month,3 months and 6 months of intervention,the drug compliance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The FMM scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months and 6 months of intervention,the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education based on internet platform can improve the drug compliance and clinical symptoms of asthma children with aerosol inhalation of glucocorticoid,and enhance the family disease management ability of their families.
