专职护理小组模式在新生儿肺炎护理中的应用

Application of Full-Time Nursing Group Model in the Nursing of Neonatal Pneumonoina

目的探讨专职护理小组模式在新生儿肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月我院收治的80例肺炎新生儿,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用专职护理小组模式。比较两组的康复效果及肺功能指标。结果观察组呼吸困难缓解时间、机械通气时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)高于对照组,PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论专职护理小组模式可改善肺炎新生儿的肺功能及血氧含量,促进患儿快速康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of the full-time nursing group model in the nursing of neonatal pneumonia.Methods 80 neonates with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given full-time nursing group model.The rehabilitation effect and lung function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The dyspnea relief time,mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the PaO_(2) and SaO_(2) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the PaCO_(2) was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Full-time nursing group model can improve the lung function and blood oxygen content of neonates with pneumonia,and promote the rapid recovery of children.
