快速反应团队模式在急诊创伤患者护理中的应用

Application of Rapid Response Team Model in the Nursing of Patients with Emergency Trauma

目的探讨快速反应团队模式在急诊创伤患者护理中的应用效果。方法将90例急诊创伤患者随机分为两组各45例。对照组行常规急救护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用快速反应团队模式。比较两组患者的抢救成功率、急救护理时间及不良事件发生率。结果观察组的抢救成功率为93.33%,高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。观察组的脊柱板使用时间、高级气道建立时间、急诊检查时间、术前抢救时间、止血药使用时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论快速反应团队模式应用于急诊创伤患者护理中,可明显提高抢救成功率,缩短急救护理时间,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of rapid response team model in the nursing of patients with emergency trauma.Methods 90 cases of patients with emergency trauma were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine emergency nursing,and the observation group received rapid response team model nursing on the basis of the control group.The rescue success rate,emergency nursing time and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The rescue success rate of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 77.78% of the control group(P<0.05).The spinal plate use time,advanced airway establishment time,emergency examination time,preoperative rescue time and hemostatic drug use time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 4.44%,lower than 20.00% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Rapid response team model in the nursing of emergency trauma patients can significantly improve the rescue success rate,shorten the emergency nursing time and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
