基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者希望水平及自我效能的影响

Influence of Nursing Intervention Based on Snyder's Hope Theory on the Hope Level and Self-Efficacy of Stro with Dysphagia

目的探讨基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者希望水平及自我效能的影响。方法选取2020年12月至2021年12月我院收治的80例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后的希望水平[Herth希望量表(HHI)]及自我效能[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]。结果干预后,两组的HHI评分均高于干预前,且观察组的HHI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的GSES评分均高于干预前,且观察组的GSES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Snyder希望理论的护理干预可明显提高脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的希望水平及自我效能,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory on the hope level and self-efficacy of stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods 80 stroke patients with dysphagia admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory on the basis of the control group.The hope level[Herth Hope Index(HHI)]and self-efficacy[General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)]before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the HHI scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the HHI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the GSES scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the GSES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory can significantly improve the hope level and self-efficacy of stroke patients with dysphagia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
