皮肤屏障调控机制和修护策略的研究进展 被引量:1

Advances in regulation mechanism and repair strategy of the skin barrier

摘要 皮肤屏障是人体重要的屏障系统,对维持机体健康至关重要,其稳态受到严格的精确调控。皮肤屏障受损是问题皮肤的主要特征,也是多种皮肤疾病的关键诱因和典型伴随症状,深入了解皮肤屏障形成及调控机制不仅有助于修护策略的建立,也能够揭示相关皮肤疾病的发生发展机制。因此,该文围绕皮肤屏障结构组成和调控的分子机制,以组学的视角重点阐述屏障调控相关基因组学、表观组学、转录组学、蛋白组学和代谢组学的相关研究进展,并归纳了基于不同组学水平上屏障修护靶点和修护策略,揭示屏障形成的机制及修护依据,以期为皮肤屏障修护及相关皮肤病的精准防控提供理论依据。 The skin barrier is an important barrier system of the human body,which is crucial to the maintenance of body health,and its homeostasis is strictly and precisely regulated.Skin barrier damage is the main characteristic of problematic skin,as well as the key inducement and typical accompanying symptoms of a variety of skin diseases.An indepth understanding of the formation and regulation mechanism of the skin barrier will not only help to establish repair strategies but also reveal the occurrence and development mechanism of related skin diseases.Therefore,this article reviewed on the skin barrier structure and regulation of the molecular mechanism.In the perspective of omics,this paper emphasized the research progress of barrier regulation related genomics,epigenomics,transcriptomics,proteomics and metabolomics,and summarized the target and strategy of barrier repair based on different omics levels,revealed the mechanism of barrier formation and the basis of repair,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the repair of the skin barrier and the precise prevention and control of related skin diseases.
