数字经济赋能乡村产业振兴的理论逻辑、现实制约与实现路径研究

The Theoretical Logic,Practical Restriction and Realization Path of Rural Industry Revitalization Empowered by Digital Economy

当前,数字经济正成为我国农业领域资源要素重组和农村经济社会发展的重要引擎,为乡村产业振兴注入了新动能。研究表明,数字经济能从产业成本节约、产业效率提升、产业结构升级、产业融合促进四个方面赋能乡村产业振兴,但同时也在数字化支撑环境、人才支撑能力、数据共享流动机制和数字经济与乡村产业振兴衔接的保障体系等方面存在比较明显的现实制约。在此基础上,本文提出要突出问题导向,通过补齐基础短板、完善乡村产业振兴的数字支撑环境,注重人才培养、强化乡村产业振兴的数字化人才支持,打破信息孤岛、建立健全乡村产业数据共享流动机制,以及强化多元保障、提升数字经济与乡村产业的衔接水平等来提升数字经济赋能效率,从而更有效地促进乡村产业振兴。

At present,digital economy is becoming an important engine for the restructuring of resource factors in China's agricultural sector and the development of rural economy and society,as well as injecting new momentum into the revitalization of rural industries.The research shows that digital economy can revitalize rural industry from four aspects:industrial cost saving,industrial efficiency improvement,industrial structure upgrading and industrial integration promotion.But at the same time,there are obvious practical constraints in the digital supporting environment,talent supporting capacity data sharing and flow mechanism,and the guarantee system of connecting digital economy and rural industry revitalization.On this basis,this paper puts forward four suggestions to promote the revitalization of rural industry:First,make up the weak link of the foundation,improve the digital supporting environment of rural industry revitalization.Second,pay attention to talent training,strengthen the digital talent support of rural industry revitalization.Third,break the information silo,establish and improve the rural industrial data sharing and flow mechanism.Fourth,enhance the empowerment efficiency of digital economy by strengthening the multiple guarantee and improving the connection level between digital economy and rural industry.
