国内外良好农业发展现状及我国GAP前景展望

Development Situation of Good Agricultural Practices at Home and Abroad and Prospects of China’s GAP

GAP作为国际公认的农产品认证标准,能够保证农产品质量安全并促进农业可持续发展。我国农业进入高质量发展时期,建立统一规范的农产品质量安全标准体系,使我国农业发展逐步实现“生态化”“自然化”“再生化”“现代化”“品牌化”。综述了GAP的发展背景、历程、各国发展现状;分析了我国良好农业规范认证发展现状以及存在的主要问题;提出“以基地建设为基础,树立地方品牌”“以标准建设为前提,完善过程管理”“以积极宣传为保障,提高消费水平”“以科技创新为引领,增强支撑能力”的对策建议。

GAP,as an internationally recognized certification standard for agricultural products,can ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products and promote the sustainable development of agriculture.China’s agriculture has entered a period of high-quality development,and a unified and standardized agricultural product quality and safety standard system has been established to gradually realize the ecologization,naturalization,regeneration,modernization and branding of China’s agricultural development.The development background,course and current situation of GAP are summarized.The development status and main problems of the certification of good agricultural practice in China are analyzed.The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward including taking base construction as the basis and establishing local brands,taking standard construction as the premise and improving process management,taking active publicity as the guarantee and improving consumption level,and taking scientific and technological innovation as the guide and enhancing supporting capacity.
