五、關於人權法治保障2021年,中國繼續推進人權事業發展。6月,國務院新聞辦發表《中國共產黨尊重和保障人權的偉大寶踐》白皮書指出,100年來,中國共產黨堅持人民至上,堅持將人權的普遍性原則與中國實際相結合,堅持生存權、發展權是首要的基本人權,堅持人民幸福生活是最大的人權,堅持促進人的全面發展,不断增強人民群眾的獲得感、幸福感、安全感,成功走出了一條中國特色社會主義人權發展道路。
Ⅴ.Legal Protection of Human Rights In 2021.China continued to promote the development of human rights.In June,the Information Office of the State Council published a white paper entitled“The Communist Party of China and Human Rights Protection-A 100-Year Quest”,pointing out that over the past 100 years,the CPC put the people first,combined the universal principles of human rights with Chinese reality,insisted that the right to survival and development is the primary basic human right,insisted that the people's happy life is the greatest human right,insisted on promoting comprehensive human development,constantly enhanced people's sense of fulfillment,happiness,and security,and successfully blazed a socialist human rights development path with Chinese characteristics.
