摘要
司法部認真贯徹落寶黨中央關於加強粵港澳大灣區建設重大戰略決策部署,高度重視在粵港澳大灣區内地九市開展香港地区法律執業者和澳門地区執業律師取得内地執業資質和從事律師職業試點工作,積極穩妥推進粵港澳大灣區律師執業考試,充分發揮香港地区法律執業者和澳門地区執業律師(以下简稱港澳律師)專業作用,支持港澳律師投身粤港澳大灣區建設、融入國家發展大局,取得顯著成效。
By earnestly implementing the major strategic decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the Ministry of Justice has attached great importance to the pilot program to allow Hong Kong legal practitioners and Macao practicing lawyers to obtain a mainland practicing license and practice law in nine mainland cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,worked actively and prudently to implement the practicing examination system for lawyers in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,given full play to the professional roles of Hong Kong law practitioners and Macao lawyers(hereinafter referred to as Hong Kong and Macao lawyers),and supported Hong Kong and Macao lawyers to participate in the construction of tlie Greater Bay Area and integrate into overall national development.These efforts have attained remarkable results.
