我国二、三级医院信息公开管理现状研究

Research on Current Situation of Information Disclosure Management in Secondary and Tertiary Hospitals in China

目的调查我国二、三级医院信息公开管理现状,分析其对医院信息公开的影响,为医院优化信息公开管理提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,于2021年4月,在东部、中部、西部地区抽取6个省份157家二级医院、69家三级医院进行问卷调查,采用χ2检验比较二、三级医院各项管理机制建立情况,采用秩和检验比较二、三级医院经费投入情况,采用多元线性回归分析各项管理机制对医院信息公开的影响。结果在所调查的医院中,有89.2%的二级医院和94.2%的三级医院建立了信息公开工作制度,信息公开责任部门多设在医院综合行政管理部门和宣传部门,54.1%的二级医院和62.3%的三级医院配备了信息公开管理专职人员,多数二级医院信息公开经费投入相对不足。信息公开工作制度影响医院信息公开水平。结论二、三级医院信息公开管理机制有待完善,完善的信息公开管理机制有助于提高医院信息公开水平。

Objective To investigate the current situation of disclosure management mechanism in secondary and tertiary hospitals in China and analyze the influence factors of hospital information disclosure,as to provide evidences for hospitals to optimize the information disclosure management mechanism.Methods Stratified cluster random sam⁃pling method was used to select 69 tertiary hospitals and 157 secondary hospitals from 6 provinces in April,2021.Through a questionnaire survey to understand the establishment of information disclosure management mechanisms in tertiary and secondary hospitals.The Chi-square test was used to compare the various management in tertiary and secondary hospitals,the rank sum test was used to compare the funding input in tertiary and secondary hospi⁃tals,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the impact of various management on hospital information disclosure.Results 94.2%of the tertiary hospitals and 89.2%of the secondary hospitals established the information disclosure working system.The responsible departments of hospital information disclosure are mostly located in the hospital administration and publicity department,62.3%of tertiary hospitals and 54.1%of secondary hospitals were equipped with full-time staff for information disclosure management.Most secondary hospitals have insufficient funds for information disclosure.The working system of information disclosure affects the level of hospital informa⁃tion disclosure.Conclusion The information disclosure management mechanism of tertiary hospitals and secondary hospitals needs to be improved.Improving the management mechanism of information disclosure is helpful to im⁃prove the level of hospital information disclosure.
