Establishment of Knowledge base on Precision Medicine Prevention and Treatment

目的整合10种重大疾病精准医疗预防、诊断、治疗的相关信息,进行抽提、归纳、注释和解析,构建适用于我国人群的精准医学防诊治知识库,为下一步精准医疗临床决策支持系统的建立打下坚实基础。方法不断跟踪检索并提取国际、国内文献,结合专家共识、临床指南,经过整合和分析,保留我国人群精准医学防诊治信息,通过技术部门研发,建立符合我国人群特点的可检索、更新的精准医学防诊治知识库。结果完成精准医学预防、诊断、治疗知识库建设,实现精准医学知识的管理和分类展示,覆盖典型的精准医学知识查询、统计、分析,对质控专家进行质控,对示范联合体内的千家医院进行推广。结论成功构建适用于我国人群、实时更新的中国版精准医学知识库,推动精准医疗的落地化实施。期望提高临床诊断率及疗效,减少治疗并发症,获得效益最大化。并在示范医疗联合体内的千家医院推广使用,惠及省级、市级、县级甚至乡镇基层医院的从业人员,推动了学科发展,带动了学术进步。

Objective To integrate the information related to precision medical prevention,diagnosis and treatment of 10 major diseases,extract,summarize,annotate and analyze,build a knowledge base of precision medical pre⁃vention and treatment applicable to Chinese people,and lay a solid foundation for the establishment of the next preci⁃sion medical clinical decision support system.Methods Continuously track and retrieve international and domestic litera⁃ture,combine expert consensus and clinical guidelines,and through integration and analysis,retain accurate medi⁃cal prevention and treatment information of Chinese population.Through research and development by technical de⁃partments,establish a searchable and updated knowledge base of accurate medical prevention and treatment that conforms to the characteristics of Chinese population.Results The construction of knowledge base on precision medi⁃cine prevention,diagnosis and treatment was completed,the management and classified display of precision medi⁃cine knowledge were realized,covering typical precision medicine knowledge query,statistics and analysis,quality control experts conducted quality control,and thousands of hospitals in the demonstration union were promoted.Conclusion The Chinese version of precision medicine knowledge base suitable for Chinese population and updated in real time was successfully constructed to promote the implementation of precision medicine.It is expected to im⁃prove the clinical diagnosis rate and curative effect,reduce the treatment complications and maximize the benefits.It has been popularized and used in thousands of hospitals in the demonstration consortium,benefiting the practitio⁃ners of provincial,municipal and county level hospitals and even township grass-roots hospitals,promoting the de⁃velopment of disciplines and driving academic progress.
