我国医患共同决策问题及优化路径

Problems and Optimization Path of Shared Decision Making between Doctors and Patients in China

随着公民权利意识的增强和健康需求的提升,以患者为中心的医患共同决策模式日益受到医疗领域的关注。域外研究和实践经验表明,医患共同决策可以有效改善医患关系、缓和医患矛盾。我国医患共同决策研究起步较晚,对其进行系统研究是必须面对的课题。从医患共同决策的概念、界定入手,阅读并梳理国内外相关文献,检索英国国家医疗服务网站及国内网站,分析我国面临的问题,并介绍英国医患共同决策的实践经验,以期为我国医患共同决策的理论研究和优化路径提供有益参考。

With the enhancement of citizens’awareness of rights and the improvement of health needs,the pa⁃tient-centered doctor-patient shared decision-making model has attracted increasing attention in the medical field.Foreign research and practical experience show that the shared decision-making of doctors and patients can effec⁃tively improve the doctor-patient relationship and ease the contradiction between doctors and patients.The research on doctor-patient shared decision-making in China started late.It must face the subject of systematic research on it.Starting with the definition of the concept of doctor-patient shared decision-making,combing the relevant domestic and international literature,searching the National Health Service in the UK and domestic websites,analyzing the problems faced by Chinese shared decision-making,and introducing the practical experience of British doctor-pa⁃tient shared decision-making,in order to provide a useful reference for the theoretical research and optimization path of doctor-patient shared decision-making in China.
