摘要
目的对照党务工作者专业水平评议标准,研究构建党务工作者核心能力体系。方法以公立医院党务工作者为研究对象,综合运用文献研究法、问卷调查法和深度访谈法,探究构建公立医院党务工作者核心能力体系。结果立足政治性原则、兼容性原则和量化原则等,构建三级指标体系,体系囊括了素质品格、专业能力、工作能力,适用于公立医院党务工作者管理评价。研究确立了一级指标3项、二级指标7项、三级指标23项,任意一级指标的权重之和为100。结论公立医院党务工作者核心能力体系可为公立医院党务工作者管理评价提供工具参考。
Objective Study the construction of a core competence system for Party affairs workers in accordance with the criteria for evaluating the professional level of Party affairs workers.Methods It takes Party affairs workers in public hospitals as the research object,uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method,etc.,to explore the construction of core competence system of Party affairs workers in public hospitals.Results Based on political principles,compatibility principles and quantification principles,the three-level index system is constructed,which includes quality and character,professional ability and working ability,and is suitable for the management and evaluation of Party affairs workers in public hospitals.It establishes 3 primary indica⁃tors,7 secondary indicators,23 teritary indicators,and the weight of any primary indicator is 100.Conclusion The core competence system of Party affairs workers in public hospitals can provide tools and references for the manage⁃ment and evaluation of Party affairs workers in public hospitals.
