Coordinating scientific and technological development and security, and advancing self-reliance and self-improvement in high-level science and technology, is the strategic support and fundamental guarantee for building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. We should focus on strengthening the security and initiative of scientific and technological innovation;grasp the lifeblood of science and technology in our own hands firmly;clarify the internal logic, “three mechanisms” and “four scenarios” in coordinating scientific and technological development and security governance;understand the connotation of self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology;accelerate the construction of a new development pattern in the field of science and technology;and comprehensively promote the self-reliance and self-improvement of high-level science and technology in the coordination of scientific and technological development and security.
