Learning the Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and Innovating the Construction Practice of“Double First-class”

党的二十大报告提出“教育、科技、人才”三位一体,联动创新发展的战略设想,为我国教育、科技和人才事业发展指明方向。结合二十大报告相关精神,针对我国“双一流建设”这一实践课题,从理论上阐明建设“既符合国际通例,又具中国特色”双一流大学建设的必要性和紧迫性,以及整个建设过程所呈现的长期性和复杂性特征。

The report of the 20th CPC National Congress put forward the strategic idea of“education,science and technology,talent”trinity,linkage and innovative development,pointing out the direction for Chinas education,science and technology and talent development.Based on the relevant spirit of the report of the 20th CPC National Congress,and in view of the practical subject of“Double First-class”construction in China,this paper theoretically expounds the necessity and urgency of building a Double First-class university that is boh in line with international practice and with Chinese characteristics,as well as the long-term and complex characteristics of the whole construction process.
