“KPSH新融合发展”的公共管理类人才培养模式研究

摘要 “KPSH新融合发展”的人才培养核心价值理念,是知识基础(K)、实践能力(P)、科学精神(S)、人文素养(H)四个要素相互融合、协调发展的人才培养理念,为传统教育过程,即课程模式、教学内容、教学方式、实践教学体系赋予新的内涵和解读。从公共管理类人才培养模式存在的问题出发,结合推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化对目前公共管理类人才的特殊要求,构建契合国家治理现代化要求的“KPSH融合发展的”公共管理类人才培养模式及保障机制。 The core value concept of"KPSH new integrated development"talent cultivation includes four elements as the knowledge(K),practice ability(P),science(S)and humanities spirit(H).These four key elements of mutual integration with the coordinated development of the talent training philosophy endowed with new meanings and interpretations for the traditional education process,including the course mode,teaching content,teaching methods,practice teaching system.Starting from the problems existing in the training mode of public management talents,combined with the special requirements of promoting the modemization of national governance system and governance capacity to the current public management talents,this paper constructs the“KPSH integrated development”public management talents training mode and guarantee mechanism that meets the requirements of the modernization of national govemance.
