高职院校专业核心课程混合式教学研究

摘要 高职院校生源结构复杂多样,专业核心课程教学内容复杂量大、强调实践,教育教学面临巨大挑战。混合式教学模式可以有效整合完全线上教学和传统堂授教学的优点,针对高职院校学生现状开展分层教学,引导学生由浅入深进入深度学习。本文针对高职院校专业核心课程教学面临的问题和挑战,结合当前混合式教学模式在高职院校专业核心课程实施存在的问题,从抓住理念变革关键、钩织综合改革体系、强化教学环境营造、加强教学资源开发、注重教师能力提升、树立示范引领典型等六个方面分析提出了针对性教学效果提升路径。 The structure of students in higher vocational colleges is complex and diverse,and the teaching content of major core courses is complex and large,emphasizing practice,so education and teaching are facing great challenges.The mixed teaching mode can effectively integrate the advantages of completely online courses and traditional classroom courses,carry out hierarchical teaching according to the current situation of students in higher vocational colleges,and guide students to enter deep learning from the simple to the deep.Aiming at the problems and challenges faced by the teaching of professional core courses in higher vocational colleges,combined with the problems existing in the current mixed teaching model in the scope of professional core courses in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes and gives a targeted path to improve the teaching effect from six aspects,namely,grasping the key to conceptual change,linking the comprehensive reform system,strengthening the creation of teaching environment,strengthening the development of teaching resources,focusing on the improvement of teachers’ability,and establishing a model to lead.
