摘要
近似模型精度是保证碰撞类强非线性问题分析的基础。基于模型近似整体流程,利用测试函数对试验设计方法进行评定选择;结合四分位图和精度评价指标,利用测试函数和碰撞工程实例,分别建立100个采样样本、20个验证样本,比较最小二乘法、Kriging法和径向基函数3种近似算法对不同非线性度、不同变量数的响应函数近似拟合精度。结果表明,哈默斯雷试验设计方法和径向基函数近似模型技术组合是解决汽车耐撞性问题显式表征的最佳流程。
The accuracy of approximate model is the basis to ensure the analysis on the strong nonlin⁃ear problems.Based on the overall process,the test function was used to evaluate and select the appro⁃priate design of experimental method.The quartile diagram and accuracy evaluation index were taken as rules,test functions and crash engineering case were used.100 sampling samples and 20 validation samples were established respectively.The approximate algorithm accuracy of the least squares method,Kriging method and radial basis function method were compared on the response functions which have different non-linearity and different number of variables.The results show that the combination of Ham⁃mersley design of experimental methods and radial basis function approximation techniques are the best process for solving the explicit expression of automobile crash worthiness problems.
