基于瞬变电磁偏心阵列的套管开窗侧钻井开窗轨迹与窗口形态检测方法

摘要 针对侧钻井的复杂井身结构,提出了一种基于瞬变电磁偏心阵列的套管开窗侧钻井开窗轨迹与窗口形态检测方法。在瞬变电磁法偏心探测模型与磁场分布特性的基础上,采用沿井轴螺旋分布在4个象限的偏心阵列进行探测。并在对各偏心探头接收信号进行深度补偿后,利用各偏心探头的方向识别特性可实现套管开窗侧钻井开窗轨迹与窗口形态检测。在胜利油田开展的现场试验结果表明,相对于传统居中的电磁探测模型,该方法能清晰识别侧钻轨迹和窗口形态,为套管开窗侧钻井的深入研究和推广应用提供一定的数据支撑。 An eccentric array-based borehole transient electromagnetic(TEM)system for trajectory and window shape detection is proposed aiming at the complex wellbore structure of sidetracking wells.Based on the TEM detection model with eccentric sensor and magnetic field distribution characteristics,the eccentric array spirally distributed in four quadrants along the borehole axis is used for detection.After the depth compensation of the received signal of each eccentric sensor,the windowing trajectory and window shape on the casing window side can be detected by using the direction recognition characteristics of each eccentric sensor.The result of field test in Shengli Oilfield showed that compared with the traditional centered electromagnetic detection model,the proposed method can clearly identify the sidetracking trajectory and window shape,and provide some data support for the in-depth research,popularization and application of casing windowing sidetracking.
