城市水系统功能评估指标体系构建研究

Study on Construction of Evaluation Indicator System of Urban Water System Function

本研究基于压力-状态-响应模型(PSR),结合城市水系统的生态服务功能和经济服务功能,从水资源供应系统、水环境保护系统、水安全保障系统三个方面,构建城市水系统功能评估指标体系。该指标体系可以对社会-生态系统的状态、改变的原因以及管理者所采取的措施开展评估,可以帮助城市涉水部门的管理者不断改进和调整管理措施。

In this study,based on pressure-state-response(PSR)model,combining the ecological and economic service functions of urban water system,the evaluation indicator system of urban water system function is constructed from three aspects:water supply system,water environment protection system and water security system.The system can assess the state of the social-ecosystem,the reasons for the changes and the measures taken by managers,which could provide reference for administrators of urban water related departments to continuously improve and adjust the management measures.
