基于上海市能耗监测平台数据的办公建筑用能评价指标研究

摘要 上海市国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑能耗监测平台截至2021年底,已联网公共建筑达2140余栋,累计了大量的监测数据。本文基于能耗监测平台数据,利用k-means聚类算法,提出横向与纵向两个维度的评价指标,分别反映了评价对象在同类建筑中的用能水平和两年内的用能变化,最终通过变异系数法计算权重,得到用能综合评价指标。本文以上海市办公建筑为例,对用能评价指标进行了计算及应用,并与合理用能指南结果进行对比,结果显示该方法较为合理,可推广性较强。 By the end of 2021,more than 2140 public buildings has been connected to the Shanghai public buildings energy consumption monitoring system which stored a large amount of data.Based on these data,this paper uses k-means clustering algorithm to calculate horizontal and vertical index which respectively reflecte the energy consumption level in the same kind of buildings and the change of energy consumption in two years.Finally,the comprehensive evaluation index of energy consumption is obtained by calculating the weight coefficient.Taking commercial office buildings in Shanghai as an example,this paper applies the method and compares the results with guidelines of efficient energy consumption.The results show that this method is more reasonable and can be popularized.
