“一带一路”境外园区建设新途径探索——以印尼为例

Exploration of new approaches to the Overseas Trade and Economic Cooperation Zones along the"the Belt and Road"——A Case Study of Indonesia

境外园区是“一带一路”建设的重要合作载体[1]。目前,境外园区的建设正面临着如何从传统工业地产型模式向城市功能型模式转型[2],及塑造特色避免同质竞争的考验[3]。在梳理当前中国与印尼合作面临着机遇与挑战的基础上,提出建设中国印尼海上丝路经贸合作示范区的设想,探索“一带一路”境外园区建设新途径。

Overseas trade and economic cooperation zones are important cooperation carriers for the construction of the"the Belt and Road".At present,Their construction is facing the test of how to transform from the traditional industrial real estate to the urban functional arrangement,and how to create characteristics to avoid homogeneous competition.Based on the opportunities and challenges facing China Indonesia cooperation,this paper proposes the construction strategy of building China-Indonesia maritime silk road economic and trade cooperation demonstration zone,and explores approaches to the overseas trade and economic cooperation zones along the"the Belt and Road".
