散装石灰石块取样及制样方法的改进

Improvement of sampling and sample preparation methods for limestone bulk products

石灰石块状散装产品质量检验取样和试样制备,现有标准均为人工方法。人工方法费时、费力、并易受人为因素干扰。我们将人工取样改为吊车抓斗取样,将手工筛分改为机械筛分,并确定适当的取样、制样相关参数进行了试验。结果表明:采用改进后的方法得到的样本检验结果与人工方法基本一致,但改进后的方法,检验时间更短且可以消除人为因素的影响,有助于及时、严格地控制外购石灰石的质量,同时可为生产工艺的稳定顺行及时提供数据支持。

The existing standards for quality inspection sampling and sample preparation of limestone bulk products are all artificial methods.Artificial methods are time-consuming,laborious and easily disturbed by human factors.We changed manual sampling to crane grab sampling,manual screening to mechanical screening,and determined the appropriate sampling and sample preparation parameters for the test.The results show that the sample inspection results obtained by the improved method are basically consistent with the manual method,but the improved method has shorter inspection time and can eliminate the influence of human factors.It can help to control the quality of purchased limestone in time and strictly,and provide timely data support for the stable running of production process.
