摘要
通过研究汽车道路滑行阻力试验方法,可以为降低道路滑行阻力提出改进方向,从而达到降低能耗的目的。本文采用控制单一变量的方法,通过实车道路滑行试验,研究了汽车空调开闭、轮胎磨损度、热车时间和载荷分布等试验影响因素对于滑行阻力试验结果的影响。试验结果表明:汽车空调开启对于燃油车的滑行阻力影响较大,对于纯电动车几乎无影响;轮胎磨损度对于滑行阻力影响较大;热车时间超过20min后再增长时间热车对滑行阻力影响很小;载荷分布对于滑行阻力影响很小。以上研究结果可为车企开展道路滑行阻力试验提供一定的指导意义。
By studying the test method of vehicle road sliding resistance,the improvement direction for reducing road sliding resistance can be proposed,so as to reduce energy consumption.In this paper,the method of controlling a single variable is used to study the influence of the test factors such as the air conditioner on or off,the tire wear degree,the duration of vehicle warm-up and the load distribution on the sliding resistance test results through the real vehicle road sliding test・The test results show that the starting of automobile air conditioner has a great influence on the sliding resistance of fuel vehicles,and has little influence on pure electric vehicles;The tire wear degree has a great influence on the sliding resistance;The duration of vehicle warm-up has little effect on the sliding resistance when it exceeds 20min;Load distribution has little effect on the sliding resistance.The above research results can provide guidance for vehicle enterprises to carry out road sliding resistance test.
