基于K&C台架解决商用车制动跑偏问题

摘要 悬架与转向系统的硬点匹配对商用车的制动跑偏问题有非常重要的影响。本文首先从制动过程受力的角度,分析了制动跑偏产生的机理;其次,基于有限元软件建立了某车型前悬架和转向系统仿真模型,并分析了不同悬架与转向系统硬点方案对制动跑偏的影响;然后,利用商用车前悬架K&C试验台,对选取的仿真优化方案进行台架验证;最后,对选取的台架优化方案进行整车制动跑偏试验,并基于整车试验不跑偏的方案,总结出了避免制动跑偏的仿真分析和K&C台架试验管控指标。 The hard point matching between suspension and steering system has a very important effect on the braking deviation of commercial vehicles.Firstly,the mechanism of braking deviation is analyzed from the point of view of braking force.Secondly,the simulation model of front suspension and steering system of a vehicle was established based on finite element software,and the influence of different hard point schemes of suspension and steering system on braking deviation was analyzed.Then,the K&C test bench of commercial vehicle front suspension was used to verify the selected simulation optimization scheme.Finally,the selected bench optimization scheme was carried out the vehicle braking off-track test,and based on the scheme of the vehicle test without off-track,the simulation analysis of avoiding braking off-track and the control index of K&C bench test were summarized.
