摘要
本文结合GB/T 12535《汽车起动性能试验方法》和GJB1763《军用越野汽车气候适应性要求》对车辆低温起动试验进行了简介。选择合适的地域开展低温起动试验对于提升试验效率具有重要意义。本文对低温起动试验典型地域五大连池、牙克石、漠河三地区温度分布进行了对比分析。通过对三地区2011年~2021年最低温度数据分析发现:三地区均具有良好的低温条件,均能够满足GB12535对车辆起动试验的温度条件要求;2021年冬季漠河满足不高于-32℃天数分别比牙克石和五大连池多21天和30天;通过对漠河2011年~2021年最低温度数据分析发现,低温气候没有发生明显变化。
This paper introduces the low-temperature starting test of vehicles in combination with GB/T 12535 "test method of vehicle starting performance" and GJB 1763"climatic adaptability requirements for military off-road vehicles".It is of great significance to select a suitable region to carry out the low-temperature start-up test for improving the test efficiency.In this paper,the temperature distribution of Wudalianchi,Yakeshi and Mohe,which are typical areas of low temperature start-up test,is compared and analyzed.Through the analysis of the minimum temperature data of the three regions from 2011 to 2021,it is found that the three regions have good low temperature conditions,and can meet the temperature requirements of gbl2535 for vehicle starting test;In the winter of 2021,the number of days that Mohe can meet the temperature not higher than-32℃ is 21 days and 30 days more than Yakeshi and Wudalianchi respectively;Through the analysis of the minimum temperature data of Mohe from 2011 to 2021,it is found that the low-temperature climate has not changed significantly.
