静息脑电技术在阿尔茨海默病诊断中应用的研究进展

摘要 目前对阿尔茨海默病(AD)的治疗仍面临极大的挑战,而准确识别与评估疾病的进程是早期干预AD的关键。静息脑电技术作为一种简便易行的非侵入性检测手段,具有实施简便快捷、患者配合度高等优势。随着计算机技术及信号分析方法的不断发展,该技术的数据处理日渐成熟,它可以从不同角度表征及识别AD患者的脑电特征,而且实施起来也相对简单,患者配合度较高。因此,本文对近年来静息脑电技术在AD诊断中应用的研究进展作一综述。
