卷烟纸中钠离子含量快速准确测定的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 卷烟纸中钠离子含量的快速、准确测定,是卷烟厂评估产品质量和性能的重要依据。该文将离子选择性电极法应用于卷烟纸中钠离子的现场快速检测,在优化的条件(样品醋酸萃取和二异丙胺-醋酸缓冲溶液,pH=11.5)下,钠离子选择性电极在1.0×10~(-5)~1.0×10~(-2)mol/L范围内有良好的线性响应关系,斜率为55.30mV/dec,检测下限为1.76×10~(-6)mol/L。通过对不同时间批次卷烟纸产品的测试,其日内与日间的平均相对偏差均在5%以内;与离子色谱法比较,二者测定结果一致,且样品回收率在94.3%~102.5%之间;对卷烟纸样品连续测试7天,电极方法性能稳定,时效性好,说明钠离子选择性电极方法准确、可靠,可应用于卷烟厂现场快速检测。 Rapid and accurate determination of sodium ion content in cigarette paper can be used as an important basis for evaluating quality and performance of products in cigarette factory.In this study,the ion selective electrode method was applied to on-site and rapid detection of sodium ion in cigarette paper.Under optimal conditions of sample extraction with acetic acid and buffer of diisopropylamine-acetic acid(pH=11.5),the sodium ion selective electrode exhibited a good linear response range of 1.0×10-5~1.0×10-2 mol/L and a slope of 55.30 mV/dec,with a detection limit of 1.76×10-6 mol/L.The average relative deviations of intra-day and inter-day tests for different time-batch samples were all less than 5%.The test results of the electrode method agreed with that of ion chromatography(IC),with a recovery of 94.3%~102.5%.It was demonstrated stably and effectively through a continuous test for cigarette paper samples over 7 days,which is reliable and accurate for on-site and rapid detection application in the cigarette factory.
