摘要
拱形骨架是高速铁路路基边坡防护经常采用的结构形式。湿陷性黄土地区拱形骨架护坡采用专用铣挖机机械开槽,将加工好的拱形骨架定型模板按照现场施工放线的位置进行拼装和加固,加固完成后,按照每4~5道拱圈的间距沿上下方向留好伸缩缝,缝宽2 cm,沉降缝需采用沥青麻絮,保证缝宽上下贯通。整体式钢模拱形骨架分单元流水施工,利用角钢连接杆将挡水沿模板与拱架模板、拱架与拱架模板连成整体,一次浇筑成型。良好的整体式钢模拱形骨架施工质量对于保障高速铁路路基稳定和安全具有重要意义。
Arched framework is a structure form often used for slope protection of high speed railway subgrade.The arched framework slope protection in the collapsible loess region shall be mechanically grooved by a special drum cutter,and the processed shaped formwork for arched framework shall be assembled and reinforced according to the construction setting out on site.After the reinforcement is completed,expansion joints shall be reserved along the upper and lower directions at a spacing of 4-5 arch rings,with a joint width of 2 cm,and settlement joints shall be filled with asphalt oakum,with the joint running through up and down.Integral steel formwork arched framework is constructed by unit in flow process,using an angle steel connecting rod to integrate the water retaining edge formwork with the arch formwork,and the arch with the arch formwork.The whole framework is cast at one time.Good construction quality of integral steel formwork arched framework is of great significance to ensure the stability and safety of high speed railway subgrade.
