并行斜交框架桥顶进施工工艺控制

摘要 近年来,随着地方经济发展,公路、市政道路、油气管道下穿铁路工程逐年增多,在公路、管道等下穿铁路工程中,顶进框架桥数量居多。铁路顶进框架桥有正交和斜交2种,在保证既有铁路运营安全的基础上,桥体质量、顶进偏差是施工工艺控制重点,尤其是并行斜交框架桥顶进施工,为保证既有线施工安全,高程控制、纵横向偏差控制等施工难度大,对施工技术、管理标准要求更高。以彭阳—大桥村高速公路吴家堡枢纽立交主线2孔14.0 m框架桥下穿天华铁路工程为例,对并行斜交框架桥顶进施工工艺控制,可为同类工程提供参考。 In recent years,with the development of local economy,more and more highways,municipal roads and oil/gas pipelines need to underpass railways,and jacking frame bridge is adopted in most of such projects.There are two types of jacking frame bridges:right and skew.On the basis of ensuring the operation safety of the existing railway,the bridge body quality and the jacking deviation are the key points of process control,especially the jacking construction of parallel skew frame bridge.In order to ensure the construction safety for the existing line,the elevation,vertical deviation and horizontal deviation shall be controlled,which is difficult and puts forward higher requirements for construction technique and management standards.The 2-span 14.0m frame bridge of Wujiapu Hub Interchange mainline of Pengyang-Daqiaocun Expressway underpassing Tianshui-Huating Railway is taken as an example.The jacking construction process of parallel skew frame bridge is controlled,which can provide references for similar projects.
