摘要
我国高速铁路无砟轨道技术已逐步实现系列化、现代化和标准化,无砟轨道施工工序多、质量控制难。为解决无砟轨道施工质量控制难题,加强现场工序质量控制,提高无砟轨道施工实体和外观质量,确保施工质量创优,结合中兰高铁甘肃段无砟轨道施工实践,总结梳理无砟轨道施工工序,重点对各工序的质量控制要点进行现场调研和分析,通过关键工序的质量控制及人员、机械、物流的科学组织与配备,保障无砟轨道施工质量及进度,并减少后期线路养护维修工作量。
China’s ballastless track technology for high speed railways has been gradually serialized,modernized and standardized.The construction of a ballastless track involves multiple procedures while quality control can also be hard.To solve the problem concerning quality control of ballastless track construction,strengthen the quality control of on-site procedures,improve the physical and appearance quality of the ballastless track,and ensure the excellence of construction quality,the construction procedures of the ballastless track are summarized and sorted out according to the practice in the construction of ballastless track of Gansu Section of Zhongwei-Lanzhou High Speed Railway,and the key points of quality control of each procedure are mainly investigated and analyzed on-site.Through the quality control of key construction procedures and the scientific organization and allocation of personnel,machinery,and logistics,the construction quality and progress of ballastless tracks can be ensured,and the workload of track maintenance and repair can be reduced.
