叙事医学与医者叙事伦理力提升

Narrative medicine and the enhancement of doctors'narrative ethicality

作为一种后现代的医学教育和临床实践理念,叙事医学是一个强调伦理实践的学派。作为人才软实力的重要表现,职业叙事能力的培养已经成为健康行业人才培养的重中之重。叙事伦理力是职业叙事能力构成的核心要素,是医者针对具有个体化生命历程和独特人生故事的主体展开存在性关怀的一种能力。本文从叙事医学与医者自我关系伦理出发,阐述叙事医学的两大工具——文本细读与反思性写作对于叙事伦理力提升的重要价值,继而通过叙事在医者伦理身份认同形成过程中发挥的积极动态作用,阐明学会诱发和倾听患者的疾痛叙事是行医的道德核心。

As a post-modern concept of medical education and clinical practice,narrative medicine is a new discipline that emphasizes ethical practice.As an important manifestation of the soft power of healthcare talents,the cultivation of professional narrative ability has become the top priority of the cultivation of talents in the health industry.Narrative ethics is the core element of professional narrative competence,and it is a kind of ability for doctors to carry out existential care for patients with their individualized life courses and unique life stories.Starting from narrative medicine and selfrelationship ethics,this article expounds the important value of the two basic tools of narrative medicine-narrative close reading and reflective narrative writing-for the improvement of narrative ethics,and then through illuminating the positive and dynamic role played in the process of formation of medical practitioners'ethical identity,this article also clarifies that learning to induce and listen to the patient's narrative of suffering is the moral cor e of practicing medicine.
