医学伦理学视角下的叙事医学实践与应用研究

The practice and application of norrative medicine from the perspective of medical ethics

本研究提出将叙事医学应用到医学生的医学伦理学和临床知识类课程的教学中。通过实践叙事医学,医学生可以从诊疗活动的多个环节深入理解和体验患者的情绪,提高自身的核心叙事能力即共情能力与反思能力。核心叙事能力的提升,对提高临床沟通能力、提升医学人文素养、提高临床实习质量以及改善医患关系具有十分重要的作用。

This study proposes to apply narrative medicine to the teaching of medical ethies and clinical knowledge courses for medical students.Thro ugh the pr actice of narrative medicine,medical students can deeply understand and experience patients*emotions from multiple aspects of diagnosis and treatment activities,and improve their core narrative abilities,namely empathy and reflection.The improvement of core narrative ability plays a very important role in improving clinical communication mbility,enhancing medical humanistic quality,improving the quality of clinical practice and improving the doctor-patie nt relation ship.
