摘要
目的:比较小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液与重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液对糖尿病患者白内障术后角膜修复的疗效差异。方法:选取2019年7月—2020年11月在汕头大学·香港中文大学联合汕头国际眼科中心接受白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术的合并2型糖尿病的白内障患者62例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组31例(31眼)。试验组术后给予小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液促角膜修复,对照组术后给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液促角膜修复。所有患者术前1 d进行裸眼视力检查,术后1 d进行角膜荧光素染色和裸眼视力检查,术后1周、1个月、3个月进行角膜荧光素染色、泪膜破裂时间和裸眼视力检查。结果:治疗后两组患者的角膜荧光素染色评分均逐渐下降,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而不同时间点的角膜荧光素染色评分差异具有统计学意义(Waldχ^(2)=719.096,P<0.001)。术后1周,试验组和对照组患者泪膜破裂时间分别为(4.83±2.28)、(3.89±1.87)s;术后1个月分别为(5.86±2.48)、(4.60±1.97)s,术后3个月分别为(8.33±2.03)、(5.88±1.47)s,试验组泪膜破裂时间均长于对照组(P值均<0.05)。两组患者术后的裸眼视力均逐渐提高,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液与重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液治疗白内障术后角膜缺损的效果相当。在提高泪膜稳定性方面,小牛血去蛋白提取物滴眼液优于重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液。
Objective:To compare the efficacy of deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops on corneal repair after cataract surgery in diabetic patients.Methods:62 cataract patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation at Joint Shantou International Eye Center of Shantou University and The Chinese University of Hong Kong from July 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,31 cases(31 eyes)in each group.The experimental group was given deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops to promote corneal repair after operation,and the control group was given recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops to promote corneal repair after operation.All patients underwent uncorrected visual acuity examination 1 day before operation,corneal fluorescein staining and uncorrected visual acuity examination 1 day after operation,corneal fluorescein staining,tear film breakup time and uncorrected visual acuity examination at 1 week,1 month,and 3 months after operation.Results:After treatment,the corneal fluorescein staining scores of the two groups gradually decreased,and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05),while the differences in corneal fluorescein staining scores at different time points were statistically significant(Waldχ2=719.096,P<0.001).One week after operation,the tear film breakup times of the experimental group and the control group were(4.83±2.28)s and(3.89±1.87)s,respectively;one month after operation,they were(5.86±2.48)s and(4.60±1.97)s,respectively.Three months after operation,the tear film breakup time was(8.33±2.03)s and(5.88±1.47)s respectively,and the tear film breakup time in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group(both P<0.05).The postoperative uncorrected visual acuity of the two groups gradually improved,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops have similar effects in treating corneal defects after cataract surgery.In improving tear film stability,deproteinized calf blood extract eye drops are superior to recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor eye drops.
