江西省高职院校专业设置与产业发展契合度研究

On the Conformity between Specialty Setting and Industrial Development in Jiangxi Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校是技术技能人才培养的重要基地。江西省高职院校肩负着为区域经济发展培养技术技能人才的重任,但通过对目前江西高职院校专业设置的现状研究分析发现,存在专业设置与产业结构不够匹配、特色优势不鲜明、前瞻性不足、缺乏统筹规划等问题。因此,江西高职院校应不断强化专业结构适应区域产业结构,建立与区域发展联动机制,推进企业参与人才建设,为推动区域经济的高质量发展贡献力量。

higher vocational colleges are an important base for the training of technical and technical talents in the modernization construction.Jiangxi vocational colleges are responsible for training technical and skilled talents for regional economic development.However,the study of the current situation of the specialty setting in Jiangxi vocational colleges found that there are problems such as the mismatch between the specialty setting and the industrial structure,the unclear characteristic advantages,the lack of foresight,and the lack of overall planning.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should constantly strengthen the professional structure to adapt to the regional industrial structure,establish a linkage mechanism with regional development,and encourage enterprises to participate in talent training,so as to contribute to the high-quality development of regional economy.
