新时代高等体育院校专业人才核心素养结构探索与培养路径探究

Structure and Training Path of Core Quality of Sports Talents in Sports Universities o in New Era

体育专业院校作为体育人才培养的第一阵地,应回应时代召唤构建高质量人才培养体系,以塑造新时代体育人才核心素养为导向,培养新时代社会主义建设者和接班人。针对本科体育专业院校人才核心素养内涵与培养路径进行探究,通过对25名体育专业人士的深入访谈,采用扎根理论研究方法,通过开放性编码、主轴编码和选择编码,构建新时代体育人才核心素养培养结构体系。研究结果表明:新时代体育人才所需之核心素养的培养由内在品质、专业技能、职业素养三个维度构成,共包含有高尚品德、爱国情怀、抗挫折能力、尊师重道、同理心、理论知识、专项运动能力、多学科素养、专项审美能力、大数据思维、爱岗敬业精神、终生体育观念、严于律己品性、执教能力共12个范畴。基于研究结果从运动训练教学建设、科学研究课程建设两个方面构建新时代体育人才培养模式,旨在为高质量体育人才培养提供思路。

As the front of the sports talent training,sports universities should respond to the call of the times to build a high-quality talent training system,and cultivate socialist builders and successors in the new era.This paper probed into the connotation and cultivation path of the core literacy of undergraduate sports talents.Through in-depth interviews with 25 sports experts,the paper adopted the grounded theoretical research method and constructed the core literacy cultivation structure system of the sports talents in the new era through open coding,spindle coding and selective coding.The results showed that the cultivation of core qualities required by the sports talents consisted of internal quality,professional skills,and professional quality,including noble morality,patriotism,resilience,respect for teachers,empathy,theoretical knowledge,special sports ability,multi-disciplinary literacy,special aesthetic ability,big data thinking,dedication,lifelong sports concept,and self-discipline.Based on the research results,the training mode was constructed from sports training teaching construction and scientific research curriculum construction in order to provide ideas for high-quality sports talent training.
