摘要 津与血关系密切,二者同生互化且同功,血滞为瘀,津停则为水饮,因而瘀与水也密切相关。“血不利则为水”是瘀水关系的体现,同时也是许多水肿疾病的核心病机,如心性水肿、肾性水肿、臌胀、乳腺癌术后淋巴水肿、癌性腹水、脑梗死急性期脑水肿和黄斑水肿,均与血瘀导致水肿相关,临床上活血利水法治疗此类疾病,也取得了很好的疗效。 Body fluid and blood are closely related,with same sources,mutual transformation and similar functions.Blood stagnation leads to stasis,and body fluid retention to edema.Therefore,there is also a close relationship between stasis and edema.Blood disorder causes retained water,which reflects the relationship between stasis and water,and is also the core pathogenesis of many edema diseases.For example,heart-associated edema,kidney-associated edema,ascites due to cirrhosis,lymphedema after breast cancer surgery,ascites due to cancer,cerebral edema in acute cerebral infarction and macular edema are associated with blood stasis.In clinical practice,the method of activating blood and draining water has achieved good results in the treatment of such diseases.
