基于R语言数据挖掘技术探讨国家专利复方治疗多囊卵巢综合征的用药规律

Medication Rules of National Patent TCM Compound Prescriptions in Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Based on R Language Data Mining

目的基于R语言平台分析中药专利复方治疗多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)的组方用药规律,为PCOS的中医药治疗提供参考依据。方法检索“国家知识产权局-中国专利公布公告”网站中治疗PCOS的复方专利数据,使用Excel进行四气五味归经统计,利用R语言进行频数统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析。结果共纳入99首专利复方,共包含药物438味,用药频率≥25%的药物有7味:当归、熟地黄、菟丝子、枸杞子、香附、丹参、茯苓。药物药性以温性为主,平、寒性次之,药味以甘、辛、苦为主,归经以肝经最多。关联规则分析显示重要的关联规则与健脾祛湿,疏肝活血相关。聚类分析得到两类药物组合,分别对应脾虚痰湿型,肾虚血瘀型。结论分析PCOS的临床用药常用组合规律,总结了现代PCOS患者的病机与“肝”的密切联系,了解了临床常见证型及治法,为临床治疗PCOS提供了辨证与用药思路。

Objective To investigate the medication rules of national patent TCM compound prescriptions in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)via R language and thus provide references for the TCM treatment of PCOS.Methods The patent TCM compound prescriptions for treating PCOS were retrieved from the Chinese Patent Announcement of the China National Intellectual Property Administration.The four properties,five tastes,and meridian tropism of the involved Chinese herbal medicines were organized in Excel,and R language was used for frequency statistics,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis.Results A total of 99 patent TCM compound prescriptions were included,involving 438 Chinese herbal medicines,7(Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Cuscutae Semen,Lycii Fructus,Cyperi Rhizoma,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,and Poria)of which had the frequency≥25%.Most of the involved Chinese herbal medicines were warm,plain or cold,tasted sweet,pungent,or bitter,and had the tropism to the liver meridian.The association rule analysis showed that the medicines were associated with invigorating spleen,removing dampness,soothing liver,and activating blood.Two herb combinations were obtained by cluster analysis,corresponding to the syndrome of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness and the syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,respectively.Conclusion This study revealed the medication rules in the treatment of PCOS and the close relationship between the pathogenesis of modern PCOS patients and the liver,and introduced the common syndromes and corresponding therapies in clinical practice,providing the ideas for the syndrome differentiation and medication in the clinical treatment of PCOS.
