中药养血润燥法治疗特应性皮炎的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Blood-Nourishing and Dryness-Moistening Method in Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Atopic Dermatitis

目的对中药养血润燥法治疗特应性皮炎的有效性、安全性进行系统评价。方法计算机检索国内外文献数据库,检索中药养血润燥法治疗特应性皮炎的随机对照试验的相关文献,检索时间:1990年1月1日起至2022年5月31日,依托RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果经筛选共纳入10篇文献,共有患者892例,其中试验组458例,对照组434例。Meta分析结果显示:与西药治疗比较,养血润燥法中药能有效提高特应性皮炎的临床疗效、改善Scorad评分(WMD=-6.79,95%CI[-7.64,-5.94],Z=15.64,P<0.00001)、提高ESAI评分(WMD=-1.36,95%CI[-2.03,-0.68],Z=3.95,P<0.00001)、VAS瘙痒评分(WMD=-0.94,95%CI[-1.28,-0.59],Z=5.32,P<0.00001),并且不良反应未见明显异常。结论中药养血润燥法对特应性皮炎患者在改善治疗比西药治疗具有一定优势。然而当前研究受限于纳入文献质量、数量不足等问题,仍需要更高质量的文献数据支撑。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of blood-nourishing and dryness-moistening method in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of atopic dermatitis.Methods Literature databases in China and abroad were retrieved by computer to screen relevant literature on randomized controlled trials of TCM blood-nourishing and dryness-moistening method for the treatment of atopic dermatitis.The retrieval time was from January 1,1990 to May 31,2022.Meta-analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.3 software.Results Ten articles were included,involving 892 patients,with 458 in the experimental group and 434 in the control group.The Meta-analysis showed that compared with western medicine,the blood-nourishing and dryness-moistening method could effectively increase the clinical efficacy of atopic dermatitis,and improve the Scorad score(WMD=-6.79,95%CI[-7.64,-5.94],Z=15.64,P<0.00001),eczema area and severity index(EASI)score(WMD=-1.36,95%CI[-2.03,-0.68],Z=3.95,P<0.00001),and visual analogue scale(VAS)pruritus score(WMD=-0.94,95%CI[-1.28,-0.59],Z=5.32,P<0.00001),and no significant adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion TCM blood-nourishing and dryness-moistening method has certain advantages in improving the treatment of patients with atopic dermatitis compared with western medicine.However,due to the limited quality and quantity of included literature in the present study,high-quality literature data are needed for support.
