摘要
电网工程通道清理过程中时常引发土地权利纠纷,对电网工程建设和运营维护产生不利影响。本文提出将无人机倾斜摄影测量技术应用于电网工程通道清理中。首先,利用无人机倾斜摄影测量系统获取电网通道内的倾斜影像;然后,构建通道内的三维模型并验证数据精度;最后,开展通道障碍统计分析及通道清理核查取证工作。应用实例结果表明:与传统电网工程通道清理作业相比,该方法减少了大量野外勘测工作,提升了工作效率,房屋测量精度指标满足《房产测量规范》相关要求。
In order to solve with the adverse impact of land rights disputes caused by grid channel cleaning on power engineering construction and operation and maintenance.In this paper,we proposed a method based on unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)oblique photogrammetry technology applied in grid channel cleaning.First,using the UAV oblique photogrammetry system to obtain the image of the grid channel;then,using Context Capture to build the three-dimensional(3D)model of the grid channel;finally,making statistics of obstacles in the channel and verification and evidence collection of channel clearance.The results of the application example showed that compared with the traditional power grid engineering channel cleaning operation,this method reduced the field survey work,improves the work efficiency,and the house measurement accuracy index could meet the relevant requirements of the Real Estate Measurement Specification.
