摘要
基于混合式教学的有效教学设计和课堂实践仍是一线教师面临的主要挑战。采用实验研究法,以产出导向法(POA)作为主要教学指导理论,结合混合式教学方法,针对广茂幼师商英专业的综合商务英语课程的教学内容,按照“驱动—促成—评价”的教学流程进行了一系列的教学设计,并将此设计应用于教学,进行了为期12周的教学实践。该研究使用了定质和定量的研究方法,通过测试、访谈,并借助SPSS22.0等测量工具得出实验结果,基于产出导向法的混合式教学更能激发学生的学习兴趣和学习动力,在提高综合商务英语的教学效果和教学质量方面具有积极的影响作用。
Effective instructional design and classroom practice based on blended teaching are still the main challenges faced by frontline teachers.Using the experimental research method,taking the output-oriented method(POA)as the main teaching guidance theory,combined with the blended teaching method,a series of teaching designs were carried out according to the teaching process of“drive-facilitate-evaluate”for the teaching content of the comprehensive business English course of Guangmao Preschool Teacher Business and English,and this design was applied to teaching for a period of 12 weeks.The study uses qualitative and quantitative research methods,through testing,interviews,and measurement tools such as SPSS22.0 to obtain experimental results,and the hybrid teaching based on output-oriented method can stimulate students'interest and motivation to learn,and has a positive impact on improving the teaching effect and teaching quality of comprehensive business English.
