摘要
分析了当前高职学生入学信心不足、评价体系不完善、学习动力不足、教师对学生的认识不到位、学生提升方向不明确等问题,从现实出发,立足生命教育理念,结合学生入学理论学习基础薄弱,通过降低学生努力起点、建立多维发展评价体系、服务学生特长发展、全面发展的问题破解思路,总结经验,提出了一系列合理的实施策略,为优化高职学生教育管理、提高高职学生生命质量提供参考。
This paper analyzes the current problems of insufficient confidence in admission of higher vocational students,imperfect evaluation system,insufficient learning motivation,teachers’understanding of students in place,and unclear direction of student improvement,starting from reality,based on the concept of life education,combined with the weak learning foundation of student admission theory,by reducing the starting point of students’efforts,establishing a multi-dimensional development evaluation system,serving students’special development,and all-round development of problem solving ideas,summarizing experience,and putting forward a series of reasonable implementation strategies to optimize the education management of higher vocational students.Provide reference for improving the quality of life of vocational students.
