误译对文化的影响探析

Analysis of the Impact of Mistranslation on Culture

在语用学视域下,部分误译在实质上是社交语用失误,主要与文化差异有关,对误译进行分析发现,目的语文化制约翻译过程是误译产生的原因之一。诸多误译实例证明,误译不利于传播源语文化,并且会对目的语读者造成理解困扰。为了减少误译,译者应保持严谨的态度,承担起译者责任;采取适当的翻译技巧,弥合文化差异;增加文化知识储备,培养跨文化交际意识。基于此,介绍了误译的概念,分析了误译研究现状,探讨了目的语文化对翻译过程的制约因素,探析了误译对源语文化和目的语文化的影响。

From the perspective of pragmatics,some mistranslation is essentially social pragmatic error,which is mainly related to cultural differences,and the analysis of mistranslation shows that the cultural constraints of the target language are one of the reasons for mistranslation.Many examples of mistranslation prove that mistranslation is not conducive to the dissemination of source language culture,and will cause confusion to the target language readers.In order to reduce mistranslation,translators should maintain a rigorous attitude and assume the responsibility of translators;Adopt appropriate translation skills to bridge cultural differences;Increase cultural knowledge and cultivate intercultural awareness.Based on this,the concept of mistranslation is introduced,the research status of mistranslation is analyzed,the constraints of target language culture on the translation process are discussed,and the impact of mistranslation on source language culture and target language culture is explored.
