摘要
接触线是轨道交通接触网的重要组成部分,用于给轨道交通电力车辆供电,其可靠性是保障城市轨道交通安全稳定运行的基础。对接触线健康管理进行研究,目的是为了确保接触网可靠工作。接触线健康管理包括健康评估以及差异化维保规程。结合接触网设备运行指标以及物耗数据,采用层次分析法最大隶属度原则以及模糊评价原则对接触线进行分析,推出磨耗是接触线健康管理的关键导向。根据弓架次和老化系数等参数搭建磨耗仿真模型并进行健康评估仿真,提出简单快速评估接触线健康状态的方法以及差异化健康管理方法。采用该差异化健康管理方法,有效提高了轨道交通柔性接触网接触线的维保效率,避免了维修不足或过度维修。由该研究提出的差异化健康管理规范,在实际实施中效果显著,为轨道交通供电系统运营设施设备评估规范的制定以及差异化维保提供了理论支持。
The contact line is an important part of the rail transit catenary,which is used to supply power to rail transit electric vehicles.Its reliability is the basis for ensuring the safe and stable operation of urban rail transit.The purpose of studying the health management of contact line is to ensure the reliable operation of contact line.Contact line health management includes health assessment and differentiated maintenance procedures.Based on the operation index and material consumption data of catenary equipment,this paper analyzes the contact line by using the maximum subordination principle of AHP and fuzzy evaluation principle,and concludes that wear is the key guidance of contact line health management.The wear simulation model is built and the health assessment simulation is carried out according to the parameters such as the number of pantograph and aging coefficient.A simple and rapid method for evaluating the health status of the contact line and a differentiated health management method are proposed.By adopting this differentiated health management method,the maintenance efficiency of rail transit flexible catenary contact line is effectively improved,and insufficient or excessive maintenance is avoided.The differentiated health management specifications proposed by this study have achieved remarkable results in practical implementation,providing theoretical support for the formulation of evaluation specifications for operation facilities and equipment of rail transit power supply system and differential maintenance.
