摘要
将虚拟仿真技术应用于智能自动化制造领域中,利用虚拟仿真技术中的标准库构建零部件几何模型,并设计自动化制造过程驱动代码器及开发应用程序接口等智能自动化制造虚拟环境,实现虚拟仿真技术的动态仿真过程。经过实例应用测试结果证明,在相同工况下,利用虚拟仿真技术对工件进行制造加工,所得的仿真直径与实测直径基本一致,最大误差满足预期要求,表明在智能自动化制造中运用虚拟仿真技术是正确和可行的。
Virtual simulation technology is applied to the field of intelligent automatic manufacturing.The standard library of virtual simulation technology is used to build the geometric model of parts,and the intelligent automatic manufacturing virtual environment such as automatic manufacturing process driver coder and application program interface is designed to realize the dynamic simulation process of virtual simulation technology.The application test results of an example show that under the same working conditions,the simulated diameter obtained by using virtual simulation technology to manufacture the workpiece is basically consistent with the measured diameter,and the maximum error meets the expected requirements,indicating that the application of virtual simulation technology in intelligent automatic manufacturing is correct and feasible.
