摘要
针对复杂海域人工岛高桩码头施工中存在的问题,提出永临结合的钢管桩平台施工技术,钢管桩既可以作为码头施工的临时钢平台基础,又可以作为灌注桩浇筑时的护筒。结合深圳某码头工程实例,阐述了永临结合钢管桩施工平台的设计方案以及关键施工技术,并且利用有限元软件对施工平台进行受力分析,验证了平台结构的安全可靠性。工程实践表明:永临结合施工技术在实际工程中应用效果良好,有效地解决了复杂海域人工岛环境下施工存在的一系列问题,施工安全、工期、质量可控,取得了良好的社会、经济效益,可为今后类似工程实践提供借鉴。
Given the construction problems of a high pile quay on an artificial island in the complex marine environment,the temporary and permanent combination technique of a steel pipe pile platform is proposed,which the steel pipe pile can be used as both the temporary steel platform foundation for quay construction and the shoring when pouring the infill pile.Combined with the example of a terminal in Shenzhen the design scheme and key construction technique of the construction platform with the above technique are explained.The force analysis of the construction platform is carried out by finite element software to verify the safety and reliability of the platform structure.Engineering practice shows that:the application effect of temporary and permanent combination technique in the actual project is good,which can effectively solve a series of problems in the construction of the artificial island in a complex marine environment,ensure the safety,schedule and quality in the construction process,achieve good social and economic benefits and provide a reference for the future practice of similar projects.
