大型水利工程输水隧洞施工关键设备采购模式探析 被引量:2

摘要 为解决针对诸如硬岩掘进机等施工专属设备通常不是常规设备、需根据每个工程特点单独制造、设备制造周期长等特点下设备采购模式选择的问题,通过分析以往大型水利工程输水隧洞施工关键设备(以TBM为例)采用施工单位自行采购、建设单位采购租赁给施工单位使用等模式利弊,并总结榕江关埠引水工程双护盾硬岩掘进机采购模式经验,结合建设单位、工程特点、工期等特点,提出各采购模式的适用范围,为后续项目施工关键设备采购模式的选择提供可参考资料,从而确保满足工程推进要求。 In order to solve the problem of equipment procurement mode selection under the characteristics of special equipment for construction,such as hard rock tunneling machine,which is usually not conventional equipment,need to be manufactured separately according to the characteristics of each project,and the equipment manufacturing cycle is long,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of using the mode of self-procurement by the construction unit,purchase and lease by the construction unit to the construction unit for the key equipment for water conveyance tunnel construction of large water conservancy projects in the past(taking TBM as an example),It also summarizes the experience of the procurement mode of the double-shield hard rock roadheader of the Rongjiang Guanbu Water Diversion Project,and proposes the scope of application of each procurement mode in combination with the characteristics of the construction unit,project characteristics,construction period,etc.,to provide reference data for the selection of the procurement mode of the key equipment for the subsequent project construction,so as to ensure that the requirements of the project progress are met.
