数字化发展存在的伦理问题及应对策略

The Ethical Problems and Countermeasures of Digital Development

党的十八大以来,我国数字化进程不断加快,取得了一系列伟大的成就。但随着数字化发展程度的不断加深,也引发了众多数字伦理问题,主要表现为大数据隐私安全伦理问题、劳动者主体地位受到冲击和数字化应用中的价值选择问题等。为此,应通过构建健康良好的网络环境、探索建立以劳动者为中心的市场竞争体系、将社会主义核心价值观融入伦理问题治理等来规避数字化发展中存在的伦理问题,以期实现数字化持续健康发展。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the digital process in China has been accelerated and a series of great achievements have been made.However,with the deepening of digital development,many digital ethical problems have also been triggered,which are mainly manifested as the big data privacy and security ethics,the impact of the main status of workers and the value choice in digital applications.Therefore,ethical problems existing in digital development should be avoided by building a healthy network environment,exploring the establishment of labor-centered market competition system,and integrating socialist core values into ethical governance,so as to achieve sustainable and healthy digital development.
