锰基复合催化剂在气态挥发性有机物降解领域的研究进展

摘要 挥发性有机物(VOCs)超标排放不仅会导致光化学烟雾、臭氧空洞等环境问题,还会对人类的身心健康和生活质量带来严重的不良影响。在众多的VOCs去除技术当中,催化燃烧具有起燃温度低、能耗低、净化效率高等优势,但核心在于高效催化剂的开发应用。锰基催化剂已被证明具有优异的低温催化活性并被广泛应用于VOCs催化氧化反应中。介绍了锰基复合催化剂的研究进展,并对未来的催化剂设计进行了展望。 As a common industrial exhaust gas component,the excessive emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)will not only lead to environmental problems such as photochemical smog and ozone hole,but also bring serious negative impact on the physical and mental health and quality of life of human beings,therefore,the development of efficient purification technology for VOCs is of great significance to protect the environment and people's healthy life.At present,among many VOCs removal technologies,catalytic combustion has the advantages of low combustion temperature,low energy consumption and high efficiency,and its core depends on the development and application of high-efficiency catalysts.Among these catalysts,manganese-based catalysts have been proven to have excellent low-temperature catalytic activity and are widely used in the catalytic oxidation of VOCs.This paper systematically introduces the research progress of manganese-based composite catalysts and presents an outlook on the future catalyst design.
